Technical Support Lead

Permanent Job Location: 7201 E Henkel Way, Suite 115, Scottsdale, AZ 85255

Position Duties: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical support team; Apply
the advanced principles of bioengineering to lead atomization mechanism development,
biomaterial research, and product analysis; Define and implement support strategies,
workflows, and KPIs to ensure operational excellence; Lead standard testing and biological
systems research to evaluate new technology and products to support business growth;
Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex
technical issues; Assist in maintaining the laboratory for ISO accreditation and other
standards, future audits and preparing data packages for regulatory agencies.

Requirements: Position requires Master's or equivalent degree in Chemical and
Environmental Engineering or related engineering field and a minimum of two years of
experience in carrying out atomization or aerosol research to include utilizing SMPS and CPC
instrumentation, applying analytical methods with HPLC, spectrrosocpy, and multi-gas
analyzers, and conducting aerosol or atomization modeling using MATLAB and LabVIEW.
